Our Selection and Recruitment
All of our doctors are NHS experienced consultant radiologists or pathologists, recruited in line with GMC standards for the recruitment of doctors. Our selection criteria ensures top quality UK Consultants dedicated to supporting the NHS. Our selection and recruitment process is designed to ensure we attract, recruit and retain great doctors and great people, who share our values and believe in supporting us on our mission to support the NHS.
Our Clinical Governance and Quality Control
Our clinical team are passionate about improving the way doctors are managed within tele-reporting. All doctors are managed in line with GMC and RCR/RCP guidelines with an internally developed and unique robust clinical governance which manages and develops doctors in a supportive, professional learning environment. Quality control is maintained through thorough entry audit and ongoing quality assurance peer review of 10% of all scans.
